As we continue to roll out Next Generation websites for our library partners around the world, we’re also updating OverDrive Help to reflect the new interface. Many of the existing Help articles now include instructions and screenshots for Next Gen sites, as well as the legacy sites. For instance, “How to borrow audiobooks and eBooks using an Android device” now contains two sets of instructions.
On your library’s Help pages, you’ll find articles on how to borrow, enjoy, and return titles, how to navigate through the site, and more. If images appear don’t appear properly at first, please try refreshing the page a few times. That should correct the issue if the “old” page happens to be cached in your browser.
We’ll continue to update Help articles moving forward. Also, don’t miss the Next Generation demo video, which users can access from your library’s Help page. We’ll be launching the Next Gen sites for all OverDrive-powered libraries in the coming months.
